柿竹园采矿爆破工艺试验研究

摘    要:柿竹园多金属矿术开采初期,采矿爆破工艺繁锁,作业效率低,工人劳动强度大,消耗高,安全性差,采矿生产能力小。经过科技人员的技术研究和工艺创新,采矿爆破工艺技术日趋完善,各项技术经济指标成倍增长,特别是孔底起爆技术的推广运用和汽车与电耙联合出矿的试验研究,使柿竹园的采矿工艺技术获得了突破性进展,创造了高效、连续、低耗的柿竹园特色,而且工艺简单易行、安全可靠,生产效益良好。

Abstract:An deposit of multi_metals in Shizhuyuan was exploited in the early stage, the mining and blasting were complicated, and low working efficiency,great labour intensity for worker, and low production capacity of mining. The mining and blasting technology is getting to consummate increasingly through the innovation in technology. Especially, the technique of detonating hole bottom and the experimental study of ore removal associating truck with scraping drifts are applied, the mining techniques in Shizhuyunan get a breskthrough progress . Also, its technique is simple, safety is credible and productive benefit is all right.
