摘    要:广州地铁3号线供电监控系统设计采用集中管理、分散布置的模式及分层分布式系统结构,系统由站级管理、网络通信、间隔设备3层组成。站级管理层设备采用工业一体化机,内网传输采用光纤以太网接口,应用QNX实时操作系统,Profibus-DP(简称DP)总线主站采用applicomIO系列板卡。分析了DP总线技术在该系统中的技术方案及实现细节,站级管理层与1.5 kV直流开关柜采用DP现场总线交互信息,DP现场总线存取控制采用典型的纯主-从控制方式。论述了站级管理层软件3个主要进程的功能,分析了系统实时性:实际一个信息循环传输时间为70.38 ms;一个变位信号从产生到传输至DP总线单元的时间小于500 ms;最大遥控输出并执行成功(无故障情况)时间小于2 s,证明了该方案符合电力系统国家标准,能满足可靠性和实时性的要求。

Abstract:The PSCADA(Power Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) system of Guangzhou Metro Line 3 adopts the mode of centralized management and decentralized deployment,with layered and distributed structure.It consists of layers of station management,net communication and cell device.The station management level comprises the industry integrated computer and QNX real-time operating system.Fiber Ethernet and applicomIO serials PCI cards are employed in the local area network and the master of Profibus-DP field bus respectively.The technical scheme based on Profibus-DP and its realizations are analyzed.The Profibus-DP field bus is used to exchange information between station management level and 1.5 kV direct current cabinet,and its accessing control is of typical master-slaver mode.Three main processes of the software of station management level are described,and the real-time performance is analyzed.In practical,an information frame transmission cycle needs 70.38 ms,the transfer of a burst out input signal from its source location to DP field bus unit needs less than 500 ms and the successful output and execution of a remote control(without fault) is 2 seconds at most,which meets needs of reliability and real-time performance of subway PSCADA system according to the national standard of electrical system.
