| 摘 要： | 面对当前社会各种自然和人为的非常规突发事件频发的严峻形势,文章基于对"群智大数据"的研究,利用价值情报感知指导数据向情报转化,以应对非常规突发事件的发生,对降低社会突发事件的风险及影响具有重要意义,进而有效促进了社会的和谐、稳定发展.

| Abstract: | In the face of the severe situation of the frequent occurrence of various natural and man-made unconventional emergencies in the society,this paper,based on the study of“group intelligence Big Data”,uses value intelligence perception to guide the data to transform into intelligence to deal with the occurrence of unconventional emergencies.It is of great significance to reduce the risk and influence of social emergencies,and then effectively promote the harmonious and stable development of society. |
