| 摘 要： | 数据成为新型生产要素,数据运营是实现数据要素价值化的关键。论述了数据运营的过程,从成本价值角度提出了数据运营SHLI四象限模型,为数据运营工作提供参考,最后以相关案例对SHLI模型进行验证。

| Abstract: | Data has become a new production factor,and data operation is the key to realize the value of data elements.This paper discusses the process of data operation,and puts forward the four quadrant model of data operation from the perspective of cost value,which provides reference for data operation work,and finally verifies SHLI model with relevant cases. |
