电力企业科技项目后评估指标权重系数的调研和计算

摘    要:以华中电网公司为例,研究采用专家调研法和层次分析法相结合的方法确定电力企业科技项目后评估指标权重系数。提出了调研权重系数、分类权重系数和最终权重系数三个层次权重系数的概念;采用科学合理的调研策略和数据处理方法;采用权重系数算术平均法和判断矩阵元素方根法两条技术路线求解最终权重系数。关于华中电网公司科技项目后评估权重系数的计算结果对科研管理具有很好的启示作用。

Abstract:Taking the Central China Grid Company as an example,this article researches the Weight Coefficients of the Post Evaluation Indexes for the scientific and technological projects in electric enterprises applying the methods of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Expert Investigation.This article proposes the concepts of investigation weight coefficients,classified weight coefficients and the final weight coefficients;uses scientific and reasonable investigation strategies;uses two technological routes to solve the final weight coefficient:the method of Arithmetic Mean and the method of the judgement matrix element square root.The results of the weight coefficients in the Central China Grid Company can provide enlightenments for scientific research management.
