| 摘 要： | 通过对某音响底壳零件的结构及工艺分析,阐述了该零件的冲压工艺和模具设计、加工的要点,设计了滑块式弯曲模具的装配图及主要零部件图。实践表明:该零件的冲压工艺方案合理,模具结构型式新颖、加工工艺合理可靠。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the structure and process of a bracket shell on a sounder. The punch process and the die design of this workpiece are also discussed, an assembly drawing of the pressing die with sliding block is designed. Practice shows that the design of the punch process of this part is rational and the die structure is novehy,machining is practical and reliable. |
