7050铝合金超声半连续铸造试验研究

摘    要:在7050铝合金半连续铸造过程中引入超声场,试验发现,施加超声后铸锭质量明显提高,晶粒得到细化并向等轴晶发展,气孔减少,抗拉强度增加,裂纹得到抑制。通过分析试验结果发现,超声有改善7050铝合金铸锭质量的作用,这对于7050铝合金大铸锭的工业生产具有一定的理论指导意义。

Abstract:Ultrasonic field was introduced into 7050 aluminum alloy melt in the semi-continuous casting to investigate effects of ultrasonic treatment on the quality of 7050 ingot.The results reveal that quality of 7050 ingot is greatly improved by introducing ultrasonic field,in which grain size is refined and is equiaxed with decreasing in gas hole,leading to increasing in tensile strength and restraining in crack.The experimental results verify that ultrasonic filed can effectively improve the quality of 7050 alumi...
