摘    要:变压器绕组变形测试是预防性试验不可缺少的试验项目,为提高工作效率,减少220 kV变压器拆接引线试验对设备造成的损害,大幅度降低试验拆接引线工作带来的高劳动强度,快速判断220 kV变压器绕组是否存在变形,笔者以频响法为主,短路阻抗法、电容变化法为辅,采用频响法、短路阻抗法、电容变化法3种方法,应用TDT5变形测试仪、HDZK-10 A低电压短路阻抗测试仪和AI600E型自动介损电桥,对220 kV变压器分别进行拆线与不拆线时绕组变形项目测试,通过3种试验方法所得数据进行对比分析,得出了220 kV变压器的变形测试项目可以用3种方法进行测试。

Abstract:To eliminate the harm of disconnecting winding leads to 220 kV transformer in winding deformation test,and rapidly judge whether winding deformation exists,the frequency response method,the short-circuit impedance method,and the electric capacity change method were adopted in 220 kV transformer winding deformation tests.A deformed winding was tested by TDT5 deformation tester,HDZK-10 A low voltage short-circuit impedance tester,and A1600E dielectric loss bridge,respectively,under two conditions of winding leads connection and winding leads disconnection.Comparison among the results from the three methods shows that all three methods can test winding deformation of 220 kV transformer without disconnecting the winding leads.
