摘    要:通过对分散控制系统(DCS)失电、网络通讯和控制器故障引起的失灵现象及原因的分析,举一反三,制定了有效防止DCS失灵的安全技术措施和DCS失灵后的事故处理措施,部分已在安徽电网所属发电企业得到实施。

Abstract:Through the analysis to the malfunction phenomenon caused by the failure of distributed control system power,communication network and controller,drawing inferences about other cases from one instance,the safety technical measures preventing DCS from malfunction and failure process measures after DCS malfunction had been formulated,partial measures had implemented in fossil fuel power plants in Anhui power grid.
