摘    要:针对普车实训中加工圆弧型零件圆度较难达到要求的问题,设计制造出一款能解决加工内外圆弧的车刀,介绍了刀杆使用方法及加工工艺流程。经生产使用证明,该刀杆结构简单,操作方便,性能可靠,既能保证工件加工精度,又提高了生产效率,取得了良好的应用效果。

Abstract:It is hard to meet the requirement of roundness in the processing of arc parts at general lathes in the machining workshop. A lathe tool which can machine an internal or external circular arc was designed and the usage of the cutter arbor and its technological process were introduced. Actual use proves that the cutter arbor is easy to operate with a simple structure and reliable performance. Besides, it can not only ensure the accuracy of work pieees, but it can also improve the production efficiency with a good effect of application.
