烯丙基聚醚型超塑化剂的合成及其性能研究

摘    要:采用自由基共聚合法研制出了烯丙基聚醚型超塑化剂,研究了不同聚合条件对烯丙基聚醚型超塑化剂性能的影响,利用红外光谱分析测定了聚醚单体与超塑化剂的官能团结构。结果表明在酸醇比为3.5:1、反应温度为75℃、引发剂过硫酸铵用量为1.8%~2.2%摩尔比时烯丙基聚醚型超塑化剂具有分散能力及流动保持性能佳、黏聚性好等特点。

Abstract:The allyl alcohol-type superplasticizer was developed by radical copolymerization.The properties in different polymerization conditions on allyl alcohol-type superplasticizer were studied,and the superplasticizer polyether monomer and functional group structure by infrared spectroscopy were determined.The results showed that when the ratio of acid and alcohol was 3.5:1,the reaction temperature was 75℃,and the amount of ammonium persulfate initiator was 1.8%~2.2% of the entire monomer mole,the allyl alcohol-type superplasticizer had the advantages of excellent dispersion and cohesive,and good performance of the flow to maintain.
