高校公共浴室废水余热回收间接换热分析

摘    要:针对高校公共浴室废水余热回收和利用,设计间接换热过程。基于废水排放量动态特征,建立间接换热过程数学模型,并进行动态模拟。结合实测废水排放量动态变化,分析换热过程参数变化,并提出冷水侧流量调节控制策略。结果表明,制定的策略既能够充分满足换热要求,又能够降低冷水侧水泵的运行能耗。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of waste heat recovery from bathhouse in college, describes an indirect heat exchange system. In view of dynamicly features of drainage water volume from bathhouse, establishes mathematic model for indirect heat exchange and dynamicly simulates the heat exchange. Combining reality data which is measured from dynamic drainage water volume with simulating results, puts forward control strategy for regulating cooled water volume of heat pump system. The results show that the control strategy meets demands of indirect heat exchange system and decreases power consumption of water pump mounted on the cooled water pipes.
