摘    要:分析了急倾斜煤层综采工作面液压支架的特点和受力情况。结合具体的工作面地质及生产技术条件,提出急倾斜煤层综采工作面液压支架配合调架梁、活动侧护板、防倒千斤顶等防倒防滑装置及措施,以保证工作面支架的稳定性。同时,对工作面实施下端头支架的连体控制,进一步保障了工作面支架的稳定,保证了整个工作面支架的整体稳定。

Abstract:The features and force were analyzed on conditions of hydraulic supports at the fully mechanized coal face in the steep coal seam.Then,the devices and measures of anti-skid was put forward on hydraulic supports combining adjustment frame beam,activities side guard plate,anti-skid jack and so on,at the fully mechanized coal face in the steep coal seam,and these ensured stability of face supports.Meanwhile,connecting body control of end supports under face further improved stability of face supports.Whole stability was guaranteed at the face.
