注射速度对共注射成型制品质量的影响

摘    要:在塑料共注射成型中,芯/壳层材料的分布情况是衡量制品质量的主要指标。成型过程中熔体的注射速度是影响材料充填和最终分布的最主要的工艺因素。文章采用Moldflow软件进行共注射模拟分析,研究不同的注射速度对前沿突破现象和芯层材料厚度的分布及均匀性的影响。

Abstract:The core/skin material distribution is the main quality index in co-injection molding.The melt injecting velocity is the most vital process parameters factor influencing the filling and material distribution in co-injection molding.The co-injection simulations under different melt injecting velocity were conducted to investigate the influence of melt injecting velocity on the core melt breakthrough phenomena and the distribution and uniformity of core materia using Moldflow software.
