摘    要:矿用低压馈电开关是煤矿井下低压供电系统的关键设备之一。此次设计一种新型矿用低压馈电开关系统。该馈电开关系统采用DSP作为控制核心,使用Modbus通信协议,其中CRC校验保证了数据传输的准确性。系统测试结果表明:此系统具有漏电闭锁、漏电保护、选择性漏电保护、过载保护、短路保护、过压与欠压保护等功能,并且大大提高了系统的运行速度和矿用供电系统的安全性。

Abstract:Mine low voltage feed switch is one of the key equipment for low-voltage power supply system.In this paper,a new mining system voltage feed switch was designed.This feed switch system used DSP as its control core,and the modbus communication protocol was used,with the CRC to ensure the accuracy of data transmission.The system test results show that: this system has the function of laekage latch,leakage protection,selective leakage protection,overload protection,short circuit protection,overvoltage and undervoltage protection,and it can greatly improve the system’s speed and power and the security of mine power supply system.
