基于UG参数化的产品优化设计

运用UG软件的参数化设计的功能,阐述了真空泵的设计步骤和基本方法。在UG软件装配环境下,通过自顶向下(Top_Down)的建模方法,以活塞直径为关键参数,实现活塞缸、缸盖、曲轴箱、活塞等零件的尺寸关联,在UG电子表格中,改变关键参数的数值,自动传递到尺寸关联的零件,从而实现产品设计的参数化。基于这样的参数化设计基础上,利用UG软件的优化设计的功能,搜索出关键参数的最佳值,可以有效地减少设计改变的时间和成本。

Opeimize the Design Based on Product of UG Parameters

Using UG software parametric design functions,the design method and the basic steps of the vacuum pump is descriped.Under the assembly environment of UG software,using"Top_Down" modeling approach,the piston diameter is regarded as the key parameters,the size of the piston-cylinder,cylinder head,crankcase and piston are linked.In the UG spreadsheets,in order to achieve the product design's parametric the value of key parameters is changed,the value is transfered to the linked parts automatically.Based on this parametric design,using UG software optimal design functions.the best values of key parameters is searched,you can effectively reduce the design time and cost of change.
