厚度对聚吡咯薄膜氨气敏感特性影响的研究

摘    要:采用原位聚合法在塑料基体上制备聚吡咯薄膜。通过控制聚合时间来控制薄膜的厚度。研究了不同厚度的聚吡咯薄膜的氨气敏感特性,结果表明随着薄膜厚度的增加,其氨气敏感性能降低。采用了一个基于Langmuirisotherm经典的模型来解释此种现象。

Abstract:Polypyrrole(PPy) films on plastic flake were prepared by in-situ polymerization of the pyrrole monomer in aqueous solution.The thickness of the films was controlled by varying polymerization time.The NH3 sensibility of PPy films with different thickness was investigated,and it was found that the NH3 sensibility of PPy films decreased with their increasing thickness.A simple model was re-ferred to explain the performance based on a developed Langmuir isotherm.
