国内煤炭交易市场框架还不完善,几乎依附于国际煤炭市场而发展,没有市场主动权和定价权。文章认为,基于煤炭交易极强的金融属性,构建煤炭交易金融制度管理体系是引导和激发国内煤炭交易市场健康快速发展的明智选择,符合国际国内气候形式变化的内在要求,也是维护国家地位和利益的必要途径。

Construction of Domestic Coal Enterprises Trading System Management System Based on Financial Perspective

In the framework of the domestic coal market is not perfect,almost attached to the international coal market development,market initiaive and pricing.This paper argues that based on the attribute of the strong financial coal trading,coal traing and financial system to build management system is to guide and inspire the wise choice for healthy and rapid development of the domestic coal market,the inherent requirements of the form of international and domestic climate change,but also to maintain the status and inerests of the state the nescessary way.
