| 摘 要： | 生态环境是人类赖以生存的基本条件,但由于对资源的不合理开发,使人类面临日益加强的生态破坏及环境污染等一系列环境问题的压力。本研究以鹤岗脆弱煤炭资源型城市为例,通过指标分析探讨了鹤岗市城市生态资源建设的评价分析,从而指出目前鹤岗市城市生态资源建设的不足,然后提出了建设基于森林城市的可持续发展对策与保障对策。

| Abstract: | The ecological environment is the basic conditions for human survival,but because of unreasonable exploitation of resources,so that mankind is facing increasing environmental pollution,ecological damage and the pressure of a series of environmental problems.In this study,the coal resources city certain vulnerability,for example,through index analysis of the construction of Hegang City evaluation and analysis of ecological resources,so that the current construction of Hegang City lack of ecological resources,and proposed the construction of city-based forest sustainable development strategy and measures. |
