| 摘 要： | 文章首先探讨了当前国有煤矿矿区建筑工程造价管理存在的问题,然后提出了基于全过程的国有煤矿矿区建筑工程造价管理措施:立项决策阶段的造价控制、设计阶段的造价控制、施工阶段的造价控制和后评估阶段的造价控制。具有一定的借鉴意义。
