摘    要:基于催化燃烧原理,采用AT89C52控制设计了甲烷检测仪,该仪器由CPU、催化燃烧元件、小信号放大电路、A/D转换电路、显示电路等部分组成。设计目的是完成矿井中甲烷体积分数的测量,并将测量结果通过数码管以数字的形式显示出来。

Abstract:The methane detector designed in the paper is based on catalytic combustion principle,with AT89C52 control,completing measure of methane volume fraction.The instrument is made up of the CPU,catalytic combustion components,small signal amplifier circuit,A/D conversion circuit,display circuit components.Design purpose is to perform measure of methane in mines,and show concentration measurement results through digital tubes in digital form.
