用于发动机机舱内吸声材料与结构的测试及工程应用

摘    要:通过测量分析发动机舱内噪声频谱特性,对某型客车发动机舱的原用吸声材料进行测量,并得出了原有卡才料选用不适当的结论。在此基础上设计出新的方案,选用了新材料,进行了吸声系数的驻波管法测量,验证了材料的吸声特性,取得了很好的降噪效果。

Abstract:This article mainly concern the sound material in the engine compartment of a passenger car, and obtain that the old material which can not satisfy the need have to be replaced. Based of this, we design new plans and make some experiments on these new material and structure, and finally improve the noise environment in engine compartment.
