| 摘 要： | 质量目标可以激发员工的工作热情,引导员工自发地努力为实现企业的总体目标做出贡献,对提高产品质量、改进作业效果有其他激励方式不可替代的作用。介绍了ISO9001:2000对质量目标的要求,讨论了如何建立企业的质量目标及应注意的问题。
