添加钛、铌的超低碳钢在不同工艺过程中的析出相分析

摘    要:测定了一种复合添加钛、铌超低碳钢的极化曲线,选用合适的电流密度和电解时间以碳复型方法萃取钢中的析出相制备透射电镜观察用样品.对铸态、热轧的粗轧和精轧、冷轧及退火试样中的析出相进行电镜观察和能谱分析,并用X射线衍射技术进行相鉴定.结果表明,各工艺过程中的析出相主要为TiN和Ti4C2S2,在铸态、热轧和冷轧样品中存在TiS相.在钛的析出相中有微量铌存在,其含量仅为0.002%(质量分数)左右,这是钢中一部分铌置换了析出相中钛的结果.

Abstract:The polarization curve of the ULC steel with titanium and niobium was measured to determine the suitable electrolytic parameters for preparation of TEM carbon replica samples.The TEM observation and identification of precipitates by X ray diffraction were carried out for the samples taken after different processes.The results show that TiN and Ti_4C_2S_2 particles exist in all samples,and TiS particles are found in the as-cast,hot-rolled and cold-rolled samples.Very small amount of niobium,about 0.002 percent,were observed to replace titanium forming(Ti,Nb)N.
