随钻震击器筒体连接螺纹失效分析及改进

摘    要:某钻井队在新疆准格尔盆地区块进行钻井作业过程中,连续发生2起203 mm(8英寸)随钻震击器筒体相同部位的连接螺纹断裂事故。对零件材质及断口进行了宏观分析,排除了材质和加工原因;对失效连接螺纹进行了强度校核及改进。改进后的随钻震击器已成功震击解卡多次,完全满足该地层岩性钻井的需要。

Abstract:Two sets of 8 inch drilling jar ruptured at the same position one after another leading to the drilling strings dropping accident when the jars worked in the downhole at Zhun Ge'er Basin,Xinjiang Province.To discover the rupture causation and dissolve it,the metal material and appearance fracture were analyzed,and the connection thread was improved.The improved drilling jar worked ideally in the downhole at the same layer.
