中介相沥青基碳纤维的性能

摘    要:本文较系统地论述了中介相沥青基碳纤维的五种优异性能,包括力学性能、耐高温性能、热导及电导性能、尺寸稳定性能及编织性能;探讨了杨氏模量、热导率与电阻率之间的定性或定量关系;还综述了中介相沥青原料、温度和纤维形状对碳纤维电阻率的重要影响;指出中介相沥青基碳纤维是综合性能最优的高性能纤维之一。

Abstract: Five kinds of excellent properties, such as mechanical property, heat resistance, thermal and electric conductivity, dimensional stability and weaving property of the carbon fibres based upon mesophase pitch, are systematically reviewed. The qualitative or quantitative relationships between the Young's modulus, thermal conductivity and electric resistance are discussed. The effect of the raw material of mesophase pitch, temperature, as well as fibre shape on the electric resistance of the carbon fibres is also reviewed. It is suggested that the mesophase pitch based carbon fibre is one of the high performance fibres exhibiting the best comprehensive properties.
