基于ANSYS的双井抽油机机架结构可靠性分析

摘    要:运用有限元软件ANSYS的APDL建立了双井抽油机机架结构有限元模型,利用其提供的蒙特卡罗法和响应面法对双井抽油机机架结构进行整体可靠性分析,结果表明机架结构合理可靠。从计算结果可得基于响应面的蒙特卡罗法的计算精度和计算效率都要优于传统的蒙特卡罗法,为今后利用现代方法设计抽油机机架起到了一个很好的引导作用。

Abstract:The structural finite element model of the frame of double-well pumping unit is established by using ANSYS APDL language,the integral reliability of the frame of double-well pumping unit is calculated and analyzed through comparison by using Monte Carlo method and response surface method respectively,the results are reasonable and reliable.The result shows that the precision and efficiency of Monte Carlo method which based on response surface are better than conventional Monte Carlo method.This work can play as a very good guide to the design of pumping unit with modern methods in the future.
