铁谱分析技术及其在煤矿机械磨损状况监测中的应用

摘    要:论述了铁谱分析技术的基本原理、方法,并阐述了铁谱分析技术的操作流程,介绍了铁谱分析技术的最新发展概况。通过2个实例说明了铁谱分析技术对煤矿机械磨损状况监测的有效性,体现了铁谱分析技术在煤矿机械故障诊断中的实际意义。

Abstract:Analyzes the elementary principle and method of ferrography, and describes the flow procedure of ferrography. The newly devoloping conditions of ferrography are introduced. The validity of ferrography is testified by two examples in abrasion condition monitoring of mine machine. The actual significance of ferrography is incarnated in fault diagnosis of mine machine.
