塔板与填料复合技术在吸收稳定塔系中的应用

摘    要:研究了空中复合填料技术对提高塔板通量和效率的影响,讨论了填料层阻挡雾沫夹带和改善气相分布的功能。该技术已成功应用于吸收稳定系统改造。在解吸塔中用DJ-3型复合塔板代替浮阀塔板可获得高通量。对吸收塔和稳定塔,则采用塔板下放置复合填料层的方法降低了原浮阀塔板的雾沫夹带量,在不改变塔体并利用了原浮阀塔板的条件下,实现了扩产28 5%的改造。

Combined Packing-Tray in Commercialized Columns of Absorber and Stabilizer
Abstract:?Effects of combined packing on the capacity and efficiency of trays were studied.Combined packing was able to capture the entrainment and provided good vapor distribution.The technology had been successfully commercialized in absorber and stabilizer columns of a petroleum plant.For example,to obtain high capacity,DJ-3 trays with combined packing were used to replace valve trays in the stripper.Additionally,in the absorber and the stabilizer,lower entrainment was achieved after hanging the packing under the former valve trays.The production was increased by 285%.
