由于传统政治文化的自身特点和消极因素,中国必须实现传统政治文化的现代转换。传统政治文化的现代转换的目标:从臣民的政治文化走向公民的政治文化,从民本的政治文化走向民主的政治文化,从人治的政治文化走向德法兼治的政治文化,从权力本位的政治文化到权利本位的政治文化。传统政治文化的现代转换的途径:发展社会主义市场经济,完善政治社会化渠道,开展中西方政治文化的交流。
