电器塑料面壳气体辅助注射成型模具设计

摘    要:以一电器塑料面壳为例,介绍了气体辅助注射成型应用及模具设计。在这一工艺成功地克服了制品在注射成型上重要的缺陷(缩孔、缩痕、变形等问题)。此项气体辅助机构设计合理,制造方便、质量稳定,完全符合产品质量要求,更大大地提高了生产效率,缩短了加工周期。

Abstract:Taking the electrical plastic shell as an example,introduced the gas-assistedi njection molding and mold design.This process has successfully solved the shrinkage ands hrinkage marks problem of the products in injection molding previous defects.Theg as-assisted molding technology was designed to produce convenient,stable quality,in fullc ompliance with the product quality requirements,enhanced the production efficiency ands hortening the processing cycle.
