| 摘 要： | 概要介绍美国费用工程师协会（AACEI）的费用估算分类标准。本标准对化工、石油化工及烃加工项目的费用估算（包括设计、采购、施工）进行了五级分类。展望了中国石化集团公司构建费用估算分类标准的思路，以规范公司的固定资产投资决策管理程序，改善预算管理和投资控制。

| Abstract: | The cost estimate classification practice of AACEI is introduced. The cost estimates （including engineering, procurement and construction） for chemical, petrochemical and hydrocarbon processing projects are classified into 5 levels. The ideas for structuring the SINOPEC＇ s cost estimate classification practice are discussed, which will help to standardize the process of decision making of corporate assets investment and improve the budget management and investment control. |
