氦制冷系统方案的热力学分析

摘    要:通过对冷中子源系统中采用逆布雷敦循环的氦制冷循环的改进设计分析,分别对带膨胀机预冷的4种流程结构进行了热力学的能量和(火用)分析。综合在膨胀机并联流程中对一级膨胀量的优化设计和在串联流程中对压缩机出日压力的优化设计结果,寻找出配合冷中于源系统的氦制冷站的最优设计结构。

Abstract:In this paper, four kinds of flow schemes which are refrigerated by two-stage turbine expander are respectively analyzed in terms of energy and exergy, based on the improved analysis and design for the system of cold neutron source by using reverse Brayton cycle. The most appropriate structure of helium refrigeration which is suitable for cold neutron source is searched for by synthesizing the two following kinds of optimum results: one is from the design for the expanding quantum of first expander in the parallel flow and the other is from the design for the compressor exit pressure in series flow.
