| 摘 要： | 随着信息时代的来临，我国在各方面都加强了MIS系统的建设与开发，在应用系统的规模不断增大、复杂度不断增高的情况下，对MIS系统的开发提出了更高、更复杂的要求，三层技术是适应新的形势发展的最佳技术，本文主要论述了三层技术的解决方案。
