浅析广北油田结蜡机理及清防蜡技术

摘    要:广北油田为水敏油田,生产油井结蜡严重。我们经过长期探索,从油藏特征、结蜡机理、结蜡影响因素及清防蜡实践入手,找到了适合广北油田的清防蜡工艺技术,对水敏、高含蜡型油藏有借鉴意义。实践表明,首选化学清防蜡与机械清蜡对地层完全无污染。焖井车温井对地层污染小,但其有效深度为300m左右,对日产液量在15~30t的油井,清蜡效果最好。热洗车热洗清蜡可用本油田油井的所采井液为洗井液,能有效解决地层配伍性问题。

Abstract:Paraffin Deposit is serious in the production oil wells of Guangbei Oilfield because of water sensitivity. The author presents a paraffin removal technology for Guangbei Oilfield through studying reservoir characters, paraffin deposit mechanism, paraffin deposit factors and paraffin removal. This technology is significant for water--sensitive and high paraffin bearing reservoirs. The practice indicates that chemical paraffin removal and mechanical paraffin removal do not pollute strata. Well heating with heating trucks pollutes strata a little but the effect depth is around 3000 meters and has the best effect on the wells with daily liquid production of 15--30 tons. Wells can be washed and paraffin can be removed with the well liquid from Guangbei Oilfield wells because strata are matched welt.
