摘    要:结合杭州天工艺苑工程静压预应力管桩实例,对常规粉砂土层压桩中桩端、桩侧摩阻力大的压桩难题,采取桩管内取土及冲水消除土塞的技术措施,有效减小了压桩力,为砂土层中静压桩施工积累了经验。

Abstract:There are some problems in the normal construction of static pressure piles in silt soil stratum,such as the side friction and tip friction of the pile are large.Combining with actual project of static pressure prestressed pipe piles used in Hangzhou Tiangongyiyuan project,some technical measures are taken for that,such as sampling in pile pipe,flushing water removing soil stopper,and the pressure for pile is effectively reduced.Some experience of static pressure pile constructed in silt soil stratum is got.
