核桃壳碳基固体酸催化合成丁二酸二异丙酯

摘    要:以部分碳化核桃壳为碳源,用浓硫酸对其进行磺化,制备碳基固体磺酸催化剂,并用于合成丁二酸二异丙酯。用IR对催化剂进行了表征,结果显示磺酸基团被成功引入到催化剂上。探讨了碳化温度、碳化时间、磺化时间、磺化温度、硫酸用量等对催化剂活性的影响。催化剂的较佳制备工艺条件为:碳化温度300℃、碳化时间2小时、磺化时间5小时、磺化温度90℃、硫酸用量15 mL。在此条件下,丁二酸酐转化率可达91.55%。

Abstract:A carbon-based solid sulfonic acid, used to synthesize diisopropyl succinate, was prepared from walnut shell via carbonization and sulfonation. The results of IR indicated that the -SO4 group presented in the catalyst after acid treatment. The effects of carbonization temperature, carbonization time, sulfonation time, sulfonation temperature, and the amount of sulfuric acid on the activity of catalyst were studied. An available condition was : carbonization temperature 300 %, carbonization time 2 hours, sulfonation time 5 hours, sulfonation temperature 90 ℃, the amount of sulfuric acid 15mL. The conversion of succinic anhydride reached 91.55% in the condition.
