灰铸铁件生产技术

摘    要:本文以机床铸件为例,就中频感应电炉熔炼高强度厚大断面灰铸铁件,在熔炼工艺上采取对铁液进行预处理、强化孕育处理、合金化等工艺措施,减少铸件在冷却过程中的孕育衰退,使铸件厚度在200 mm以上部位的强度、硬度达到标准要求,铸件本体硬度稳定在190 HB以上。

Abstract:For high strength gray iron castings with heavy section of machine tool castings, with measures of adoption of medium frequency induction melting, hot metal pre-treatment with melting process, strengthening inoculation, alloying process, inoculation fade has reduced during the cooling process, the strength and hardness in positions of castings with thickness more than 200 mm have met the standard requirements and casting body with stable hardness above 190 HB.
