摘    要:以水电系统中发电机组担任基本负荷和调峰的双重作用为背景,以电力市场下水电机组的能源消耗最小和成本节约最大为双目标的有功经济负荷分配为目的,利用模糊算法中最大隶属度原理,提出了对双目标进行优化的模型。该方法在复杂系统中多种条件约束下,可以对非线性规划问题在求解时缺乏通用有效方法的情况下,运用泰勒级数使多目标的非线性规划问题转化为单目标的线性规划问题进行求解,使问题简单化。该方法运用于水电系统中多约束条件下的双目标优化,考虑到发电商与用电户之间的综合因素,使单位能耗的效益得到提高,反映了电价对调度的影响。文中通过IEEE30系统中18个节点的模型对考虑单目标和双目标负荷的经济分配进行比较,结果证明其方法对整体的效益优于后者,验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:Hydropower systems can be used for serving peak-load as well as normal load in power markets.This paper introduces a bi-objective real power optimal dispatch model of hydropower systems in power markets for minimizing energy consumptions and maximizing profits using the principle of maximizing grade of membership in fuzzy algorithms.In complex systems with various kinds of constraint conditions,using this model,a multi-objective non-linear programming problem,for which there is usually no effective method available for the solution,can be converted into single-objective non-linear programming problems using the Taylor's Series,so that the problem can be significantly simplified.This model has been applied to a multi-objective optimization problem with various constraint conditions in hydropower systems.Complex factors between producers and consumers have been taken into account.The result shows that the efficiency of per unit energy has increased and energy price has impact on dispatch.The proposed model has been compared with the IEEE30 18-node system model in both single-objective and bi-objective economic dispatch cases and the comparison shows that the proposed method is superior to the latter in terms of profits.
