摘    要:介绍一种新型组合式智能交流接触器,其主要特点是改变了以往采用单台接触器对三相电路进行分、合闸控制的上作方式,使用一台单极和一台双极接触器,分别对三相主电路进行控制。在单片机控制模块的控制下,实现了起动、吸持、分断全过程的优化控制,尤其实现了分断过程的零电流分断控制,使三相电路实现无弧或少弧分断。其分析效果较单台接触器智能化显著提高,大大提高了电寿命和机械寿命,各项性能指标明显改善,实现了节能、节材、无声运行。

A Combined Type Intelligent AC Contactor

Abstract:The article introduces a new combined type intelligent AC contactor. It uses a one-phase contactor and another two-phase contactor to control closing and breaking of three-phase circuit. The new control way distinguishes with traditional way, which control three-phase circuit with one contactor. By microcomputer control unit, the contactor can be optimizing control in all process of closing, closed and breaking. It is the most important for the contactor to realize zero-current breaking control in breaking process. So the contacts will has no-arc or little arc in the breaking course. Comparing with the single contactor, the combined type contactor is more intelligent. High electrical and mechanical endurance, high performances data, brings save-energy, save-materials and no-noise operation.
