增压器涡轮瞬态温度测试方法研究

摘    要:将红外信号发生器改装后装在涡轮增压器的涡轮涡壳内,与热电偶温度传感器组成"热电偶-红外近场遥感测试系统",使传感器测得的数据通过红外发射器无线传输给外界接收设备,实现增压涡轮瞬态温度的测量。

Abstract:A system named "Near-Field Thermal Couple-Infrared Remote Sensing Testing System" , which consists of modified infrared signal generator and thermal couple, is installed in the turbine box of a turbocharger. The system can measure and transmit real time temperature of turbocharger to receiving equipment by infrared emitter without lines, which realizes measurement of transient temperature of turbocharger.
