摘    要:我国糖尿病患者所占的比例越来越大,如何防治糖尿病也显得至关重要。饮食治疗是糖尿病首要的、不可替代的治疗方法,合理的饮食治疗可以有效的控制血糖和痛程发展。限制糖尿病患者营养素的摄入量,设计最佳的糖尿病膳食,配合药物治疗,就能收到意想不到的效果。

Abstract:With the rate of the Diabetes mellitus patients rising up in our country, how to prevent and control the Diabetes mellitus indicates its importance. The dietotherapy is the capital and unsubstituted treatment way. The reasonable dietotherapy could control the content of blood sugar and the development of course of illness effectually. The unexpected effects were obtained by limiting the amount of radiation of the nutrients, designing the optimum meals for the Diabetes mellitus, and combining the pharmaceutical therapy.
