摘    要:为克服大型飞机部件对接装配的困难,提出了一种集成多项先进数字化技术的柔性装配技术体系.分析并阐述了该体系概念和结构组成,建立了用于部段对接装配的柔性装配工作站原型.归纳和阐述了四项主要支撑技术.其中,装配过程仿真技术是以数字样机为基础的,并说明了其在飞机部段对接中的应用特点和存在的难点.提出了数字化标准工装新概念,纠正了传统实体标工的缺点.对机械随动定位装置的样式、功能及其两类控制软件进行了说明.最后,说明了激光跟踪测量技术在对接装配中的作用、原理和测量方法.

Abstract:To solve the difficult problem in assembling large-size airplane parts,a Flexible Assembly Technology System(FATS) integrated with many advanced digital techniques was presented.Through analyzing and expounding the system concepts and composition,the flexible assembly workstation prototype for major-parts assembly was set up.Based on this,four primary supporting techniques were summarized and expounded.Hereinto,the assembly process simulation technique was based on digital mock-up,and its application features and existing difficulties in airplane parts assembly were explained.Concept of Digital Master Tooling(DMT) was brought forward while overcoming the shortcomings of traditional entity master tooling.The fashion and function of mechanical follow-up positioning device,as well as its two kinds of control software,were explained.In addition,the application of laser tracking measurement technique,including its effect,principle and measuring method in the major-parts docking assembly was explicated.
