纳米CeO2的制备及其红外吸收性能研究

摘    要:采用硬脂酸凝胶法制备了CeO2纳米晶,用X射线粉末衍射仪,透射电子显微镜(TEM)对CeO2纳米晶的粒径和形貌进行了表征.研究了不同热处理温度下纳米CeO2的红外吸收特性.结果表明,CeO2纳米晶的吸收峰宽化,吸收峰发生红移现象,同时CeO2纳米晶在1000~1700nm之间吸收较好,有可能用作激光隐身涂料的吸收剂.

Abstract:CeO_2 Nanocrystals were prepared by stearic acid gel method.The structure and morphology of CeO_2 nanocrystals were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM) and infrared spectra.Experimental results show that the absorption peaks of CeO_2 extend,and the absorption peaks of CeO_2 occur red shift.The absorption of CeO_2 Nanocrystals from wavelength of 1000~1700nm is better,and CeO_2 Nanocrystals may be a kind of absorbent of laser camouflage material.
