摘    要:为了提高锌镀层的耐蚀性能,必须对其进行钝化处理。采用钼酸铵和磷酸钠组合,加入适量的添加剂XZ-03B,确定了一种新的镀锌层无铬钝化工艺,探讨了其主要成分和工艺条件对钝化膜性能的影响。结果表明:所形成的钝化膜为彩虹色,色泽鲜艳、均匀,钝化膜性能接近铬酸盐钝化膜的性能,耐腐蚀性较好,且钝化液不含铬酸盐,对环境污染极小,因此具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:In order to improve the corrosion resistance of zinc plated coating,a new technology of non-chromium passivating for zinc plated coating was developed by adding molybdate,sodium phosphate and additive XZ-03B.The effects of passivating bath composition and operating condition on the properties of passivated coating were studied,and the properties of passivated coating were tested.The passivated coating obtained is iridescent.The properties of non-chromium passivated coating are similar to those of chromate passivated coating.
