摘    要:研究了磷酸三丁酯 (TBP) 煤油络合萃取剂的再生问题。萃取剂采用碱洗反萃的方式再生 ,系统地研究了反萃再生条件对萃取剂再生效果的影响。实验表明 ,经三级错流萃取后萃取剂含酚量可由约 6 0 0 0 0mg/L降至10 0 0mg/L以下 ,满足了萃取剂循环使用的要求

Abstract:TBP-Kerosene solution was selected for dephenolization of alkali wastewater in oil refinery. Regeneration of the extraction solvent was very important. Reverse extraction using NaOH solution was chosen to regenerate the extraction solution. Experiments were carried out to find out the effect of different operation conditions on the reverse extraction. The results showed that the reverse extraction system could dephenolize the extraction solution from 58880mg/L to less than 1000mg/L through 3 equilibrium stages.
