青岛城市中心区地下空间开发利用研究

青岛市中心区地下空间开发无序现象严重，规模小，利用效率低，应首先加强立法，规范管理，确定地下空间产权关系，制定技术标准和规范，加强规划，还应结合中心区地面建设强度高的现状特点，以解决交通问题和建设地下公共空间为重点，并结合地铁的建设，构筑系统的地下空间。

Study on the Development and Utilization of the Underground Space in the Central District of Qingdao

There exist with the development of the underground space of the central district of Qingdao serious problems such as disorderly development, small scale, low use efficiency, etc.. Therefore efforts should be intensified in lawmaking to standardize management, determine the property ownership of the underground space, work out technical specifications and norms, and strengthen planning. Consideration should also be given to the high construction intensity on the ground surface in order to solve the traffic problem, construct the underground public space and establish a systematic underground space in association with the subway construction.
