摘    要:利用介质阻挡放电处理枯草杆菌芽孢,扫描电子显微镜观察发现,枯草杆菌芽孢出现外层结构破损以及体积缩小,分析认为,介质阻挡放电低温等离子体对枯草杆菌芽孢的作用机理是由空气等离子体中高速粒子的击穿作用和组成等离子体的高能活性基团导致芽孢生命物质的变性凝固而引发的。实验表明,介质阻挡放电可杀灭枯草杆菌芽孢。

Abstract:The spores of bacillus subtilin were treated with the non-thermal plasma induced by the dielectric barrier discharge, and were observed with electron scanning microscope. It was shown that outer structure of spores was destroyed and the inclusion of spores was dissolved after the treatment of the discharge plasma. Two basic mechanisms are involved in the air plasma inactivation bacterium spores, i.e., one is high-velocity species from air plasma knocked through the outer structure of bacterium spores; another is erosion of the surface structure of bacterium spores by high-energy radicals from air plasma.
