| 摘 要： | 重建设、轻应用是企业在实施 ERP 中普遍存在的问题。从业务实际操作的角度探讨 ERP 上线初期遇到的一些关键性问题及解决方案,力求使 ERP 在企业中的应用既能满足实际业务的需要,又能符合中国石化集团公司总部的标准模版。ERP 中的校验及替代,对企业来说是必要的,只有加入了严格的校验及替代,才能保证 ERP 中生成的凭证符合财务业务实际要求,保证系统中各类报表取数准确无误。

| Abstract: | It is the general problem to put more attention on construction and less on application in putting ERP.Dis- cus the key problems at the beginning of ERP application by the view of operation to meet both the enterprise needs and the standard of Sinopec.Checking and replacing is very.important to enterprise cause only strict checking and replacing can ensure the proof meeting the demands of accounting business and the data correction drawing from ERP system. |
