摘    要:本文研究了用双光束扫描法测量材料非线性折射率过程中,泵浦光束与探测光束的共焦参数的相对大小以及两光束束腰相对位置对测量灵敏度的影响。

Abstract:The relationship between the pump beam and the probe beam is very important in two color Z scan tecnique that is used to study nonlinearities of optical materials.The influences of two light beam's confocal parameter and the distance between two beam waists to measurement sensitivity have been studied by Guassian decomposition method.The calculated results show that with the increase of the ratio of the pump beam's confocal parameter to the probe beam's,the sensitivity of measurement will increase reapidly,and with the increase of the distance between two beam waists,the sensitivity will decrease obviously.
